Sambayá is a project of Brazilian music that Miguel Rubio started in 2007 (Madrid), with the idea of sharing his songs. After a few years of playing live all over Spain, in 2011 Sambayá recorded their first album, Sei Lá. Right after Miguel moved to the Netherlands with the record under his arm and full of enthusiasm to promote the project in northern Europe, where it has been very warmly received. In the Netherlands, he meets four great musicians that give the project a very interesting musical direction. After a few years of playing the clubs and festivals of northern Europe and with some brand new songs Sambayá has embarked on the adventure of recording what will be their second album.
